. The position is full‑time, located in Ann Arbor, MI, with a competitive salary range of $85,000–$120,000 per year.

• Ensure team staffing levels and execution of the full sales play to drive membership success.
• Recruit, interview, and partner with the General Manager to hire new Membership Advisors.
• Schedule membership advisor staff for coverage and maximum production.
• Coach, train, and develop each staff member’s sales and customer service skills through practice and play.
• Identify and manage staff performance concerns and gaps continuously.
• Create a positive workplace that fosters collaboration and continual improvement.
• Connect new members to fitness services and set them up for success.
• Live the mission “Member Obsessed Fitness Professionals” through member, guest, and prospect interactions.
• Monitor KPIs, track sales activities, and provide action plans to close gaps and achieve membership sales goals.
• Build excitement around tours, present memberships properly, and coach advisors to grow the guest list.
• Meet with the management team daily to strategize and plan sales and budget expectations.
• Participate in daily and weekly staff meetings to assess performance and reinforce team building.
• Conduct performance reviews and collaborate with club managers and national sales leadership.

• Energy and enthusiasm for fitness and people.
• Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexible hours.
• A “roll up the sleeves” mentality with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership and people management experience, leading, coaching, and motivating teams to achieve budgets and objectives.
• Experience in a consumer‑facing, service‑oriented environment with cross‑functional teams.
