The Job Squad Solutions Team is seeking a Traveling Lead to support customer operations across Otsego, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and surrounding MI areas. This role requires periodic travel, leadership of inspection teams, and hands-on setup and troubleshooting of grinders to meet stringent quality standards.
Hourly pay is $17.00 with a standard shift 7am–3:30pm. Valid driver's license, ability to travel daily, and strong leadership are essential for success in this position.
