B&D Industrial seeks an experienced Klingelnberg Rapid 1250 Operator/Programmer to join our precision gear manufacturing team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate the Klingelnberg Rapid 1250 CNC gear grinding machine to produce high‑quality gears and components.

• Program the Klingelnberg Rapid 1250 using G‑code and Klingelnberg software (e.g., CIOG, KOP)
• Set up and operate the Rapid 1250 for various gear grinding operations
• Perform tool offsets, work offset measurements, and program dry runs
• Monitor the gear grinding process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
• Conduct first‑part and in‑process inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and quality personnel as needed
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Klingelnberg Rapid 1250 Operator/Programmer
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and gear specifications
• Extensive knowledge of Klingelnberg software and programming
• Strong understanding of gear geometry, grinding processes, and cutting tools
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for programming and inspections
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g., gear checkers, CMMs)
• Familiarity with quality standards and procedures (e.g., ISO, AGMA)
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

• Formal training or certification in CNC gear grinding/programming
• Experience with other Klingelnberg machines and software (e.g., C‑Grind, P‑Machine)
• Knowledge of gear manufacturing processes (e.g., hobbing, shaping, shaving)
