. This position is part of award‑winning teams at Four Chaplains Nursing Care Center, a Bronze National Quality award winner.
Registered Nurses provide specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess, plan, and implement care while working within a strong interdisciplinary team.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Wage: $34.15 per hour
- Hero / Hazard Pay: $3.40 per hour
- Shift Premium (2nd & 3rd shifts): $1.00 per hour
- Additional yearly wage increases

- Supervise the nursing team, provide direction, assign duties, and lead training sessions.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care quality.
- Educate the team on skilled nursing processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
- Current RN license in Michigan (or other state); current CPR/BLS certification.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher). Higher education is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for developing personalized care plans and problem solving.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and commitment to high‑quality care.
- Team player—dedicated to supporting colleagues and accomplishing the job’s goals.
