Registered Nurses provide specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess, plan, and implement care while working within a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Base Wage: $34.15 per hour
• Hero / Hazard Pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift Premium (2nd & 3rd shifts): $1.00 per hour
• Additional yearly wage increases

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction, assign duties, and lead training sessions.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care quality.
• Educate the team on skilled nursing processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families, and visitors.

• Current RN license in Michigan (or other state); current CPR/BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher). Higher education is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for developing personalized care plans and problem solving.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and commitment to high‑quality care.
