JOB SUMMARY:
Our cooks are culinary artists. We pride ourselves on a scratch‑made kitchen and provide hands‑on training to our Pit masters. Our Prep Cooks follow recipes, adhere to plate presentation and cooking standards, and may cross‑train as Line Cooks. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. No experience is required – we train to a state‑of‑the‑art paid program.
