Servers & Bartenders are the face of the overall dining experience. We train to fame and prepare our Bartenders with the tools they need to be our master Mixologist and provide a fun and friendly guest experience. Energy, salesmanship, confidence and teamwork are a must! Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests as a bartender and team member.
- Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and safety.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, including local and CDC recommendations.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Must be 21 years or older to apply.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote from within philosophy.
- Training program available for candidates with no experience.
