Trailer X-Press is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Representative to grow our customer base and drive revenue in a defined market. What You’ll Do- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales and expand market presence.
- Source and prospect new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and upsell Trailer X-Press products and services.
- Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
- Track sales activities and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, delivery, and invoicing.
- Initial Training Period: Competitive base salary provided to support your onboarding and learning.
- Post-Training: Transition to a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Experience with data entry and CRM tools
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (25–50%, including occasional overnights)
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (occasional extended hours)
- Travel required for client meetings and industry events
- Precision, accuracy, and meticulous follow‑through
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to change priorities and schedules
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
