Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member

Compensation $500 monthly base compensation plus commission & bonuses

Hours 1pm-5pm, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Pay is $500 per month with the opportunity to earn bonus and commission.

As part of our internship we will pay for your licensing course to obtain your insurance license.

• Outbound calling with an expectation of 250 contacts per day.
• Complete the necessary licensing steps to qualify as a licensed insurance agent in Michigan.
• Engage in a comprehensive training program covering sales, customer service and business management.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning, and execution.
• Collaborate on special projects, including marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Complete a business plan to open your very own State Farm agency and provide regular updates on business plan milestones.
