• Maintain a visible, professional security presence at the assigned retail location.
• Conduct routine patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns.
• Observe, document, and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents while following established procedures.
• Provide courteous assistance and communicate clearly with employees, customers, and visitors.

• Dependability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sound judgment and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and follow security procedures.
• Ability to meet applicable employment and security licensing requirements.
• Previous security or retail experience is a plus.
