• Assist with the installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems, water heaters, mini splits, boilers, ductwork modifications and more, in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
• Gain expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot basic system issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity.
• Get comfortable with delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining clear communication with customers and team members on every job.
• Uphold workplace safety protocols at all times.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime Year‑round work

Live within a 25 radius of our shop in Dexter, MI to reliably service our customers.

• EPA Certification
• Certification from trade school or military in HVAC
