In this multi-site position, you will work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include health promotion, case management, and delivering rehabilitation services in a patient-centered manner. The role fosters strong collaborations and encourages the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the identification and assessment of speech disorders
• Facilitate rehabilitation service delivery and coordination
• Provide clinical guidance to students and healthcare staff
• Participate in health promotion and education services
• Engage in program development focused on evidence-based practices
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for registration with ACSLPA
• Ability to manage patient care from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Driver’s license and vehicle required
