We are a fast-paced design-build commercial construction firm located in Westminster seeking a full-time Mid–Senior Level Revit Drafter/Designer. This role supports both design development and construction execution, with a strong focus on Revit-based 2D documentation and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in a design-build or construction-driven environment and understands how drawings translate to the field.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit (2D & 3D) for design and construction documentation
• Proven experience producing permit, bid, and construction-ready drawing sets
• Strong understanding of design-build workflows, constructability, and sequencing
• Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with designers, project managers, and field teams
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing scopes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Develop and maintain Revit models to support design development and construction
• Produce accurate construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Incorporate feedback from project managers, superintendents, and consultants
• Revise drawings based on RFIs, field conditions, and coordination meetings
• Support design-build coordination to resolve conflicts prior to and during construction

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
