Airstream Orange County, a leading RV dealership in Midway City, California, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary of $4000 to $8000 per month. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department.

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs
• Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time
• Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Ensure that all service records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department
• Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs
• Stay updated on the latest RV products and services to better serve our customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or RV dealership setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in computer programs and systems used in the service department
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus
