Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Counter Salespeople for a fast-growing company located in Costa Mesa

Pay: $21/Hr. to $22/Hr. DOE

Schedule:

M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM | One Saturday a month 7:0AM – 11:00AM

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
• Process, fill, and finalize sales orders, ensuring signatures on tickets.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized counter displays.
• Monitor and report customer credit concerns to management.
• Handle returns and refunds according to company policy.
• Support warehouse tasks: stocking, pulling orders, and answering calls.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to all company procedures.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend complementary items.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Team player with a proactive sales approach.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate material-handling equipment and sales software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service or counter sales experience; contractor sales a plus.

• Stand 75% | Walk 20% | Sit 5%
• Frequently lift/carry up to 80 lbs, push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Must have manual dexterity, vision, hearing, and ability to use tools and equipment.
• Work in warehouse settings with exposure to hazardous materials and non-climate-controlled environments.
