Responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating, employee oversight, and management of industrial construction projects throughout the southeastern Wyoming and Colorado front‑range area. The role also involves assisting craft supervision in coordinating activities of workers engaged in construction, utilizing knowledge of equipment, techniques, procedures, and specifications. Must pass pre‑employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing.

• Oversee industrial construction projects from set up to close out related to the industrial, mining and oil & gas construction industries.
• Recruit, manage, and lead teams of employees, including Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Superintendent, and Foreman.
• Supervise the daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance of finished work product, including overseeing compliance with all contract requirements.
• Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost‑effective completion of projects.
• Ensure employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.
• Provide proper training for employees on machines they will operate.
• Assign work and monitor job costs and overall performance, including monthly forecasting.
• Complete written reports on job progress, cost, and other matters as requested.
• Support on‑the‑job training for team members, constantly monitoring safety and quality.
• Work closely with all areas of operations to create new opportunities for Loenbro.
• Review and provide feedback on overall project schedule, working with Project Engineer to update and distribute to internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce a cost‑based estimate for RFPs submitted to Loenbro.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• MSHA experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial project construction.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing programs.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Experience with Viewpoint or similar account software.
• Experience with Heavy Bid or similar estimating software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Outside most of the time.
• Exposure to extreme cold, hot temperatures, and mining environment.
• Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
• Limited working surfaces.
• Exposure to noise above 85 dB and intense odors.
• Exposure to areas with limited visibility.

• Climbing and ladder use for trenches and elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights).
• Ability to lift 1–50 pounds 50% of the time.
• Walking on uneven terrain (≤2 mi/day), standing, sitting, stooping, crawling, kneeling; use of respirator if required.
• Driving, if required, with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability. All drivers subject to DMV background check.
