The ideal candidate is a proactive and empathetic communicator who thrives on building meaningful customer relationships and solving challenges with creativity and care. This role calls for someone who combines analytical thinking with cultural fluency and emotional intelligence to ensure every customer feels valued and supported. You’ll need confidence in independent decision-making, collaboration, and negotiation to strengthen loyalty and sustain long-term engagement.

This role is a hybrid model in Westminster, Colorado.

• Proactively engage customers to understand renewal blockers and strengthen retention.
• Resolve customer concerns independently, ensuring satisfaction and minimal escalation.
• Negotiate directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers and build loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with Sales and Support to improve experiences.

• Fluent in Spanish;
  Portuguese proficiency preferred.
• 5+ years in customer service or retention, with proven success improving renewals.
• Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Organized, analytical, and dependable professional who thrives in fast-paced settings.

Compensation: $22-$24/hr. (DOE)
