• Apartment Matchmaker – greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home. Help people find their dream apartment while making their experience seamless, fun, and stress‑free.
• Tour Guide with a Twist – show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
• Resident Cheerleader – build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
• Leasing Rockstar – work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top‑notch.
• Renewal Expert – help current residents renew their leases because they can’t imagine living anywhere else!

• Competitive Pay + Commissions – earn anywhere from $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
• Full‑Time Flexibility – work on our busiest days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays or holidays.

• Time to Recharge – earn vacation time (40 hours in your first year) and sick leave per state requirements.

To be eligible for holiday pay, employees must have completed 90 days of employment and worked the last scheduled day before and the first day after the holiday.
