About
The Role Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care
Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice in Westminster, Maryland. This hospital-employed role offers full-time outpatient care, no weekend clinic hours, and a minimal telephone-only call rotation, with an established and diverse patient panel, experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, ambient listening technology, and mentorship for physicians early in their careers.
- Build a long-term outpatient practice with an established patient panel. You will care for a diverse patient population while working in a hospital-employed primary care practice rather than building a practice from the ground up.
- Protect your time outside the clinic. The practice has no weekend clinic hours and a minimal telephone-only call rotation, supporting the work-life balance of an outpatient physician.
- Spend more time with patients and less time documenting. Ambient listening technology is available to help reduce documentation time and support a more efficient clinical day.
- Start with experienced clinical support. You will work alongside board-certified physicians, experienced Advanced Practice Providers, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff.
- Grow with structured support. Graduating residents and experienced physicians can access comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term professional growth within Life Bridge Health Medical Group.

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
