• Lead utility‑scale wind and solar projects, managing a team of project managers
• Conduct comprehensive designs/services for solar and wind projects, including site planning and construction support
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, managing expectations and project performance
• Develop proposals, technical specifications, and coordinate information flow among internal teams
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and ensure clarity of client needs and expectations

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering consulting
• Multidiscipline engineering management experience in electrical, civil, and renewable energy sectors
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Contract negotiation experience and strong personnel management skills
• Ability to motivate and collaborate in a team environment

• PMP certification
• Experience in battery storage projects
• Construction experience in renewable energy systems such as wind and PV solar
• Established client base in the renewable energy business
