A highly respected and long-established Engineering & Construction group is seeking an experienced MEP Estimator to join their Westminster, Colorado office. Known for delivering unparalleled quality and technical excellence across complex builds, this team continues to expand its footprint in data centers, mission critical environments, and high-end commercial construction

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Preparing detailed estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes across large commercial and mission critical projects
  • Analyzing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure accurate scoping and forecasting
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and preconstruction leadership to develop winning proposals
  • Managing quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and value-engineering opportunities
  • Participating in design-assist and design-build efforts for technically complex projects
  • Supporting bid strategy, schedules, and presentations during pursuit phases
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the MEP construction environment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or mission critical builds
  • Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, and equipment data
  • Proficiency with estimating software and tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a high-performance team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active pursuits
