Electrical Estimator

Position: Electrical Estimator (Mid‑Senior Level) – Loenbro Industrial Services Group, Westminster, CO

Wage: $100,000 – $120,000 DOE.
Employment type: Full‑time.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of electrical estimating experience, especially in industrial wastewater treatment and design‑build/assist projects, and will provide accurate cost estimates, risk analysis, and bid support for critical infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand technical requirements for data center and industrial projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify key project elements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using industry‑standard software.
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop comprehensive budgets.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate competitive and organized bids.
• Obtain accurate pricing for materials and subcontractor services with procurement.
• Evaluate potential risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into estimates.
• Provide cost‑saving alternatives while maintaining quality.
• Align estimated costs with project budgets and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement.

• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Trimble Estimation software.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, 21+ for company vehicle use.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of electrical estimating experience focused on wastewater treatment projects.
• Proficiency with electrical estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Exceptional analytical and critical‑thinking skills.

• Direct experience in commercial and industrial construction, heavy emphasis on electrical.
• Accu Bid estimating software experience.
