Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Commercial Electrical Estimator based in Westminster, CO. The role involves preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, reviewing project specifications, coordinating with project managers and engineers, and ensuring budgets and bids align with project needs. The Commercial Electrical Estimator will contribute to strategic project planning and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications- Expertise in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control to develop accurate project cost analyses and maintain budgetary oversight.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Contracting, including relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Background in Electrical Engineering with an understanding of technical diagrams, electrical systems, and project specifications.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with estimating tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Experience in commercial electrical projects is required.
- Familiarity with Accubid and Livecount estimating software.
