The position is salaried and includes eligibility for overtime pay.

As a Project Manager at Matrix Technologies, you will lead complex industrial engineering, automation, and EPC projects from planning through completion. Working with multidisciplinary teams that may include process, mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, civil, structural, and architectural professionals, you will play a critical role in delivering successful projects while driving profitability, schedule performance, clear communication, and client satisfaction. This role manages large multidisciplinary projects, major single-discipline projects, systems integration projects, and both EPC and services-only engagements.

You will build strong client relationships, guide project teams, and help position Matrix for repeat business. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ONProject Managers at Matrix may lead a variety of industrial projects, including:
Facility expansions and modernization projects Manufacturing process improvements Automation and controls implementations Capital equipment installations Engineering design and construction projects EPC and multidisciplinary engineering programs You will partner with engineering, design, construction, procurement, accounting, subcontractor, and client teams to deliver projects that improve clients' operations and facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication, client relationships, and overall execution while leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting business growth. Implement proposal procedures, project execution plans, and action plans. Review resource requirements and assignments with appropriate department managers. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Lead scope management, change control, risk assessment, and mitigation activities. Develop and nurture professional relationships with clients and project teams.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, design, systems integration, and construction activities. Initiate, document, and facilitate communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Ensure contractual requirements are understood and satisfied.
