Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.

Financial Analyst Intern swill gainknowledgeof commercial finance analysis across a global organization.

• Collect, process, and analyze financial data from various sources, such as financial statements, market reports, industry publications, etc.
• Create and/or leverage financial models, forecasts, budgets, and reports to support business planning and decision making.
• Evaluate the financial performance, risk, and valuation of different customer proposals, projects, products, or investments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats for the business.
• Stay updated on the latest economic, financial, and industry trends and developments.
• Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team.
• Participate in day-to-day office activities.
• Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.
• Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.

• Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or finance a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on finance experience in a professional business environment.
• Mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders.
• Exposure to multiple areas of commercial finance and professional networking opportunities.
• A potential pathway for full-time consideration post-graduation.
• Hourly Rate: $24 - $26 (hourly rate is dependent on education level)
• May be eligible for additional housing benefits
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment:
  Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
