Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording statistics, initiating cannulation, observing patients, and setting up the hemodialysis machine.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or any other state‑approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
• Dialysis experience is required.

• $24 - $34 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
• We plan to accept applications until 3‑5‑2026.
