We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In this role, you'll work within a collaborative, supportive environment using advanced technology and equipment to design customized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical conditions. You’ll conduct evaluations, lead therapeutic interventions, educate patients on ongoing care techniques, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists who are passionate about making a difference.

• Perform evaluations and examinations for new patients
• Diagnose and assess physical limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with defined goals and timelines
• Prescribe, teach, and guide patients through PT techniques and exercises
• Track and document patient progress
• Educate patients on techniques for continued care at home

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT)
• Current Colorado PT license
• Exceptional communication skills to support high-quality patient care and a positive team environment
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within a small, supportive team
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable
