Acadia Healthcare and Intermountain Health have partnered and opened a state-of-the-art 144-bed inpatient behavioral health facility serving Denver area residents in Westminster, Colorado. This newer facility provides comprehensive inpatient and intensive outpatient services to address the growing need for accessible, high-quality behavioral health care in the Denver metro area.

We are looking for an onsite Human Resources Director for West Pines Behavioral Hospital.

What You’ll Do

• Lead HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Drive Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting and implement creative strategies to attract top talent.
• Champion Engagement: Develop programs that boost retention and foster an inclusive, empowering culture.
• Advise Leaders: Provide guidance on staffing, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate HR documentation and uphold regulatory standards.
• Mentor & Develop: Lead and grow an HR team committed to excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is REQUIRED
• Experience: 3–5 years in HR leadership with expertise in recruitment, training, compensation, and HR systems
• Preferred: Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP), Inpatient behavioral health HR experience
• Skills: Strategic thinker, relationship builder, and problem solver with a passion for people.

Salary Range: $102,000 - $115,000 DOE
