## Project Manager/Program Manager

US - CO, Westminster We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
** Project Manager/Program Manager
** to join our team. The
* Business Systems Technology and Strategy
* team focuses on the overarching theme ‘Scalability’ and how to prepare and enable Trimble to successfully execute our vision to connect the physical and digital world. ** Strategic System Ownership:
** Take ownership of TAP eCommerce platform (iStore), define strategic direction and align with OKRs and roadmap. Translate Marketing and Sales requirements into business requirements and resolve uncertainties between the technical team and business stakeholders
** Stakeholder Management:
** Manage communication and expectations with all business stakeholders, providing transparency on status, timeline changes (especially for delayed projects), and resource requirements.
** Improve Operational Efficiency:
** Champion the team's mission by establishing and enforcing rigorous project management processes, documentation standards, and communication protocols.
** Knowledge Base Development:
** Ensure key project learnings are documented and integrated into the team's central knowledge bases.
* Possess a bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
* Experience in business systems management and change management.
* 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically managing complex IT projects, business systems, or enterprise-level software implementation (e.g., CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce, ORACLE).
* Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, dependencies, and complex team structures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Highly motivated and quick learner
* Demonstrated ability to drive consensus, foster a culture of trust and collaboration, and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision.
* Able to lead a team to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline - driven work environment
* Knowledge SaaS environment
* Knowledge of Positioning Services and Global Services offerings is a plus
* Comfortable working in a changing environment
* Experience with Jira (or any other issue tracker tool) is preferred
* Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred
* Proven ability to manage projects involving AI/LLM components (given the "Notebook

LM" context and Gemini ecosystem) is a strong plus.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
