About This Role

REP is seeking a strategic and hands‑on AI Lead to drive the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role will serve as both technical implementer and organizational advocate, helping REP identify, prioritize, and deploy AI solutions that improve efficiency, decision‑making, and customer experience.

Reporting to the IT Director, the AI Lead will work cross‑functionally with e‑commerce, operations, warehouse, customer service, and corporate teams across the U.S. and UK/EU. The focus is on practical AI enablement, integration into existing enterprise systems, and change leadership—ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value and are adopted responsibly at scale.

AI Strategy & Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain a company‑wide AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and IT strategy.
  • Identify high‑impact AI use cases across e‑commerce, supply chain, warehousing, customer service, and internal operations.
  • Partner with IT leadership to align AI initiatives with data, security, and platform strategies.
AI Implementation & Integration
  • Lead the design, piloting, and deployment of AI solutions integrated into core platforms.
  • Evaluate and select third‑party AI tools, platforms, and vendors; manage proof‑of‑concepts and production rollouts.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and support global operations across U.S. and UK/EU markets.
Advocacy, Enablement & Change Leadership
  • Act as an internal champion for AI adoption by educating teams and stakeholders on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Data, Governance & Ethics
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure high‑quality, accessible data for AI use cases.
  • Establish AI governance practices addressing security, privacy, compliance, and ethical use—especially for UK/EU data.
  • Monitor AI model performance, bias, and risk; implement continuous improvement practices.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, including ROI, efficiency gains, and adoption.
