REP is seeking a Senior Shopify E‑Commerce Developer to help scale and modernize our multi‑brand, multi‑market Shopify ecosystem. This role is a hands‑on senior contributor who will raise engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and accelerate delivery through strong Dev Ops practices, automated testing, and mentorship.

You’ll work across storefront experience, theme and app integrations, and the supporting delivery pipeline — partnering with product, UX, marketing, and IT to ensure reliable, high‑performing commerce experiences across international markets.

• Build and maintain Shopify storefront experiences across multiple brands and international markets (localized content, catalog differences, regional promotions, etc.).
• Develop and extend Shopify themes (Liquid) and modern frontend components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Implement reusable patterns and shared components to reduce duplication across brand storefronts while preserving brand differentiation.
• Support a clean approach to market configuration (currencies, languages, shipping messaging, legal/compliance content, and regional UX differences).

• Contribute to eCommerce architecture planning (theme strategy, app strategy, integration patterns, performance strategy, and environment strategy).
• Lead technical discovery for larger initiatives and translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Identify and reduce technical debt with a pragmatic roadmap and clear tradeoffs.
• Define and promote development standards: code structure, branching strategy, review practices, documentation, and release readiness.
