Are you driven by accomplishing targets, mentoring others and being part of something bigger? This role could be for you! Trimble is seeking a Manager for our ERP Cross selling team.

• Manage a team that is responsible for selling our ERP solutions into one of three verticals (either Heavy/Civil, GC/Structures, or MEP).
• Achieve monthly sales targets and an annual quota of at least $8M in ARR.
• Explore and develop new market opportunities while networking with related businesses and foster B2B relationships.
• Work closely with the technical pre‑sales team to agree and execute plans to land new customers.
• Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• Represent Trimble at industry events and build value‑added relationships with customers, industry associations, and technology partners.
• Must be willing to travel and support a sales team in the field with client meetings, on‑site discoveries, demonstrations, etc. Minimum expected travel is 30‑40%.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience coupled with 2 years leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business or related field.
• Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment.
• Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse background, including executive and C‑level.
• Ability to travel, a valid driver's license and vehicle rental access is required.

This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
