Job Title: SharePoint Support Specialist

Duration: 1 year

Location: Westminster, CO (Onsite 2 weeks 5 days a week then move to 3 days a week onsite)

Max Pay Rate: $44.66

We are seeking a SharePoint Support Specialist to assist our Collaboration Systems team in delivering solutions within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex. This role involves designing and implementing out-of-the-box (OOTB) or custom solutions, supporting migration efforts, and providing day-to-day SharePoint administration and training.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements and translate them into effective Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
• Design and implement OOTB or custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide day-to-day SharePoint support, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 development concepts, best practices, and procedures.
• Assist with migration from on‑premises SharePoint to Microsoft 365.
• Support Nintex workflow migrations.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments and business units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hands‑on experience with requirements gathering and solution design.
• Technical experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR
• High School Diploma and 6+ years of related experience.
• Higher‑level degrees (Associate, bachelor’s, Master’s) may substitute for additional years of experience.
• Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the Department of Education.
