- Configure and maintain applications to meet business and operational requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL‑based reports and reporting solutions.
- Create dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and related reporting tools.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements.
- Support integrations and application functionality within an Azure‑based environment.
- Experience supporting ERP and business applications, preferably Vista Viewpoint/Spectrum and B2W.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce administration, support, or configuration.
- Strong SQL reporting experience and proficiency with Power BI, SSRS, and/or Crystal Reports.
- Exposure to Azure environments; development or application development experience is a plus.
