• Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
• Negotiating settlements in complex and challenging cases, using expert negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of legal documents, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with other team members to develop effective legal strategies and ensure the highest level of service to clients.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Colorado law and the legal industry to maintain and enhance expertise.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Colorado Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on litigation.
• Proven experience in construction defect, premise liability, and liability claims.
• Excellent legal research skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to quickly absorb and understand complex information.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully resolving disputes and securing favorable outcomes for clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to clearly and persuasively present arguments and explain complex legal concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills, logical problem-solving mindset, and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
