Corporate Counsel – Moore – Westminster, CO (Hybrid)
Base Pay Range: $130,000 – $140,000 per year
This Corporate Counsel position offers an exciting opportunity for a business-minded commercial transactions attorney to join an industry‑leading provider of marketing and print production solutions. You will collaborate with divisions across the enterprise to review, negotiate, and draft a wide range of commercial agreements while providing legal advice on a broad spectrum of issues. The role is based out of our Westminster, CO office with a hybrid schedule.

- Draft, review, and negotiate all forms of contracts and third‑party agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including master services agreements, software licenses, customer agreements, business associate agreements, and non‑disclosure agreements.
- Provide timely, high‑quality analysis and pragmatic advice on legal and business issues to internal clients; offer proactive legal and business counseling on a broad range of topics, including general commercial law and contract interpretation.
- Effectively and efficiently undertake legal projects as assigned (including legal research and updating manuals and policies).
- Assist with preparation of legal department procedures, plans, and correspondence for the benefit of enterprise contacts, employees, managers, and department staff members.
- Complete assigned projects within designated time limits and in accordance with project prioritization.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior in‑house legal experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado.
- Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
- Proficient in conducting legal research.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Docu Sign.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make independent and timely decisions.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
