Our client is seeking a Chemical Management Technician to support chemical handling, inventory control, and on-site customer operations within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary on-site representative, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient chemical and materials management across production and warehouse locations.

• Manage on-site chemical and inventory replenishment, inspections, and documentation
• Monitor and stock production floor bins, cabinets, and storage areas
• Perform chemical compatibility reviews, sampling, and process tank additions per procedures
• Coordinate chemical deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy using scanning systems
• Support hazardous materials response, spill cleanup, and PPE compliance
• Communicate inventory, quality, and production issues to site leadership
• Operate material handling equipment when trained and certified
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA, and customer requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
• 1–2 years of inventory, material handling, or production experience
• Chemical compatibility or hazardous materials experience preferred
• HAZWOPER (40-hour) required
• Experience with JIT, VMI, or 3PO models preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to travel between customer sites and accommodate schedule changes
