At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one‑on‑one, patient‑centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
Compensation$40.00 – $54.00 per hour. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.
ShiftsPart‑time, 5 days per week alternating 2 on 1 off.

- Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
- Current RN license in the state of CO.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must pass pre‑employment screenings.
