Schedule: Nights / call coverage; 6 overnight call shifts within a 2-week period

Position Overview

Provide inpatient anesthesia coverage in a rural, critical access environment, including OB anesthesia and epidural placement.

Schedule Details (documented options)

• Option 1: Three consecutive 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM); provider selects 3 nights between Monday-Thursday
• Option 2: 8-hour day shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) followed by home call (3:00 PM - 7:00 AM);
  Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday with post-call days off Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in an inpatient setting, including OB anesthesia and epidurals
• Administer general anesthesia and manage perioperative patient care
• Document care using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State CRNA license in hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (AHA or RQI accepted)
• EPIC experience required
• While on call, must remain within a 20-minute radius of the facility
