Have the chance to join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Colorado that is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team!
The Opportunity:- Work alongside a welcoming team consisting of one physician and two experienced advanced practice providers!
- $150,000 guaranteed salary + productivity bonus incentives
- 100% Outpatient
- Treat on average 12-15 patients per day
- HRSA score of 21 - Excellent student loan repayment options available
