Base pay range
: $65,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Engage with team-provided leads to build relationships and guide clients through the buying process
• Use our CRM and systems to manage follow-up, client info, and deal progress
• Attend regular coaching sessions, team calls, and trainings to develop skills and stay on track
• Show homes, write offers, and support clients through each step of the transaction
• Learn and apply systems, scripts, and processes that drive real results
• Participate in team meetings, events, and collaborative opportunities
• Use PLACE Technology to stay organized and manage daily tasks and communication

• Active Colorado real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Eager to learn and willing to follow proven systems and models
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with technology and willing to use a CRM consistently
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to grow within a team
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings
