Responsibilities- Follow Tokyo Joes operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items. Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis.
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper setup and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
- Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints.
- Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Tokyo Joes.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Excellent guest service skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 8+ hours per shift.
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with sharp kitchen tools when in a prep position.
Salary: $15.00 + Tips per hour.
