The Retail Stocking Supervisor is an integral part of a high‑performing team, empowered to make a difference. We’re looking for a recent leadership experience holder who’s passionate about retail. The anticipated rate is $22 per hour, plus a monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match). Eligible associates accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year and up to 64 hours of sick leave.

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am‑10 pm.

What you'll do
  • Ensure and model professional customer service
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
  • Cross‑train in all areas of store operations including stocking/sales associate duties
  • Lead, coach, and develop others
  • Serve as leader on duty as scheduled
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Who you are
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, email, and phone.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds; stand and move for entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
  • Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
