Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is required
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
• Know and discuss the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with food safety standards and company practices
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Target App features, including Wallet
• Be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, and guide guests to enroll, activate and use these features
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborating with leaders to resolve guest needs per Target policies
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and manage baskets and hangers as needed
• Stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests
• Demonstrate ethics, safety, and compliance in all actions; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up orders and returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs

• Accurate checkout operations and cash handling as needed
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally; frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of shifts
• Comfort working in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.)
