What Makes This Role Great:This is not a typical marketing role; you will be positioned as a strategic Revenue Accelerator, directly responsible for the full funnel's health. You will act as the crucial link between marketing investment and sales success, driving high‑value customer acquisition in the AECO construction space through sophisticated analytics and integrated cross‑functional strategies.
Key Exciting Responsibilities- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that directly contribute to ambitious revenue goals.
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns across various channels to engage potential customers.
- Analyze performance metrics using advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities and measure revenue impact.
- Collaborate daily with sales teams to ensure a continuous feedback loop and seamless lead‑to‑opportunity transition.
- Identify and target high-value customer segments to maximize market penetration and potential revenue.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to align marketing strategies with direct revenue goals and sales enablement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to track campaign performance and inform critical decisions.
- Expertise in customer segmentation and optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel technology stack.
- AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) sector experience.
- Experience with Public and Government marketing initiatives.
