Role: This position assists in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of Producer as defined in the primary duties below.
Primary Duties:- Promote and uphold the Company Core Values
- Producer New Business Submission Management
- Keep up to date on carrier appetites & eligibility
- Help feed target market & carriers
- Manage the renewal process
- Assist with new business onboarding process
- Change requests
- Claims
- Collect and process payments
- Process insured cancellations
- Maintain client information in Epic
- Prevent E&O exposures
- CSR Training
- Promote and uphold the Company Core Values
- Become familiar with agency Core Values, Core Focus, Target Market, Our Three Uniques, Proven Process, and Guarantee
- Incorporate company culture with all clients and co-workers
- Upon request, assist with developing process and procedures for agency operations
- Upon request, assist with training new hires or existing team members

- Keep up to date on carrier appetites & eligibility
- Help feed target market & carriers
- Manage the renewal process
- Review renewal quote/policy 60 days prior to the expiration
- Gather applicable renewal information
- Responsible for renewal activity

- Quote with alternative markets
- Present quotes to insured
- Assist with the New Business Onboarding Process
- Gather client information
- Review quotes, applications and subjectives
- Obtain signed applications
- Submit bind requests to carriers
- Invoice and collect premium
- Oversee the fulfillment of Evidences, Certs, or
- Change requests
- Oversee the ownership of all change requests
- Confirm the change with insured
- Ensure change request is made to the carrier within 24 hours
- Responsible for change request activity
- If Agency bill
- Claims
- Gather detailed claim information
- Report to the appropriate carrier
- Create a claim in Epic & attach all documentation
- Follow up with the carriers as needed
- Collect and process payments
- Cash or Check payments
- Print agency receipt
- Provide to Accounting
- Credit card payments are processed online
- Process insured cancellations
- Responsible for cancelation activity
- Maintain client information in Epic
- Enter all new client information
- Preferred method of contact
- Update contact changes
- Update client relationships if applicable
- Prevent E&O exposures
- Explain coverages including exclusions in detail
- Confirm all conversations with a follow-up email
- Include proper documentation in Epic of all policy related activity
- CSR Training
- Ongoing training of CSR’s
- Assist with questions related to servicing & coverages
- Reinforce agency policies, procedures, and workflow
- Efficient and accurate documentation in EPIC
- Follow established agency process and procedures
- Follow customer service standards as per agency guidelines
- Keep up to date on activities and tasks in Epic – no more than 10 past due activities at any given time
- Fulfill state(s) continuing education requirement and keep insurance license current
- Ensure that a backup team member is trained and in place to handle daily tasks when you are not available
