• Establish and monitor key performance metrics and indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the progress and success of sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Americas region.
• Take quick and effective measures to resolve problems or obstacles that may arise in the sales process, ensuring that goals are met or exceeded.
• Possess knowledge of the AECO market, including familiarity with competing solutions and the channel partner market in the focus region (USA, Canada).
• Possess mastery and lead the internal sales forecasting process.
• Lead the Indirect Sales process and quarterly management of the Channel Partner portfolio.
• Work together with the regional Sales Leader on the strategic channel and distribution plan.

• Prior experience in managing sales channels, including distributors, resellers, or channel partners, is essential.
• Prior experience in developing sales strategies, key account management, contract negotiation, and customer service.
• Completed degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields.
• Ability to travel when needed.

This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

• Hiring Range: 100k-110k OTE +/-
• Pay Rate Type: Salary + Commission
