Irrigation Technician for Maintenance Division (Nature's Workforce)

Nature's Workforce, a branch of Consolidated Divisions Inc., is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician to work in our commercial Landscape Maintenance division in Westminster, CO.

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Full‑time, 10‑hour shift Monday‑Friday, available 6 am‑6 pm with required overtime, weekend and snow‑removal hours.

• Operate hand and power tools: shovels, earth tampers, pick ax, loppers, trenchers, skid steer, mini excavator, locator, and other equipment.
• Load and unload materials; dig trenches; set braces for excavations; repair PVC and Poly pipes; replace valves, controllers, and perform irrigation repairs.
• Complete required paperwork and reports daily.
• Maintain plant health through proper water management.
• Communicate site conditions to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Advanced irrigation pipe identification; current working knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to record and plan materials.
• Basic computer skills; self‑motivated learner and inquisitive.
• Must pass background check, government employee verification, and have good motor‑vehicle record.
• Experience:
  
  2 years as an Irrigation Technician.

• Various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice, performing physical manual labor on various surfaces and slopes.
• Fast‑paced work environment requiring physical demands.

• Physical strength, hand‑eye coordination, and endurance.
• Use hand tools requiring upper body forces up to 40 lbs.
• Operate power equipment: trencher, mini excavator, skid steer.
• Lift, pull, push and move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Bend, squat, climb stairs and ladders; tolerate heights up to 20 ft.
• Use portable sanitation facilities.
