At Reed Restaurant Repair, we serve commercial kitchens across the Denver area. That means rooftop units, walk‑ins, make‑up air systems, exhaust fans, reach‑ins, and more often in urgent, high‑pressure settings. We're looking for skilled, reliable techs who can walk into a job, assess the issue, and get systems running with minimal oversight.

You’ll be trusted to manage your day, communicate clearly, and deliver quality work that keeps customers up and running.

• $1,000 signing bonus available for qualified technicians
• $500 paid after 2 weeks of clean attendance and strong start
• $500 paid after 60 days of full‑time employment
• We move fast—get hired, get on the road, and get paid.

We don't micromanage experienced techs; we support them.

This is not an entry‑level role. It's for techs who know how to diagnose and repair on the first trip, manage their truck and inventory, and represent the company well in the field.

• Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units, walk‑in coolers/freezers, reach‑ins, make‑up air systems, and exhaust fans
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and flag potential issues
• Accurately quote repairs and document service using our mobile app
• Keep your service van clean and stocked with essential parts
• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers
• Work independently and support junior techs when needed

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Own a full set of basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or hot spaces
• Dependable, professional, and ready to run solo service calls

• You have not worked at least 3 years in HVAC or refrigeration
• You are not EPA certified
• You do not have your own hand tools
• You are not dependable or have attendance issues
• You are not comfortable working independently in fast‑paced environments
• You prefer to be told what to do at every step instead of taking initiative
