Education, Experience, Skills, Formal Training, Licenses, and Certifications
Required
:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in recreation, physical education, or closely related field
- A valid Colorado Driver's License and safe driving record throughout employment
- CPR and Standard First Aid Certificate within ninety (90) days of employment
Preferred
:
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in recreation facility, supervision, or recreation program planning and supervision
- Knowledge of automated recreation software programs such as Rec Trac and Teamsideline is desirable
- Knowledge of multiple sports rules, including softball, soccer, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which would provide the required knowledge and skills, may be considered.
