Team Van Truckload truck driver - Holiday Incentive
Team Van Truckload truck driver - Holiday Incentive roles involve operating dry van trailers with predominantly no-touch freight, driving within all 48 states, and adhering to company policies such as the Team Pet Policy for bringing a dog or cat on the road.
Responsibilities- Operate dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
- Drive within all 48 states.
- Follow the Team Pet Policy for accompanying pets on the road where applicable.
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty (not driving).
- Holiday pay incentives, up to $1,400, during November 2025–December 2025.
- Weekly paychecks and weekly performance pay.
- Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus:
Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay.
- Must be a formed team.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
